FAQ
Q. Who are you?
A. We are a group of Business Professionals from a variety of industries who have come together dedicated to help small and medium size businesses achieve greater success. We have gathered the best talents that these industries have to offer, and forged them into an alliance of remarkable men and women who share our vision and commitment to excellence.
Q. How long have you been around?
A. Our principles each have over thirty years of management experience in various industries, and have been in the roles of advising clients for a combined 20 years. Our field advisors have all been hand picked for their strong expertise and experience in various fields.
Q. So what do you do?
A. dMb Group, Inc. helps business owners respond to real challenges in today’s economic climate. We have a variety of valuable programs all designed around best business practices for our clients to take advantage of. First you would have a telephone interview with one of our principles to see if we can bring value to your company. That takes approximately one hour. There is no cost for that service. If we feel you might benefit from our advisory services, the principle would discuss which program would be the best fit, and discuss costs. It can range anywhere from $0 to $100,000, although I seriously doubt you would fall into the higher range.
Q. What kind of programs do you have?
A. Our programs are custom designed for our clients, but the focus includes things such as Strategic Planning, Employee Development, Margin management, financial management, inventory control, sales and marketing plans, and succession planning. In addition, we offer seminars, training, and executive coaching.
Q. How much will this cost me?
A. An initial one hour telephone consultation is at no cost or obligation to you. Should you decide that one of our programs fits your needs, our costs are either flat fee or hourly rate, depending on the program.
Q. How are you any different?
A. I am sure many advisors will tell you the things that you need to do. However, our Business engineers form an alliance with you to build methods and systems for your unique situation, then show and teach you how and why to use these systems.
